Successful Home Canning

Its that wonderful time of year where we make our own little garden. It isn't much but the little we do produce is much better tasting and healthier than what we can buy in stores. Without a local whole food type store, I always have a hard time buying just organic or preservative free food. Even though more stores are starting to carry healthier options, it is still not easily accessible and frankly its just way more expensive. I decided this year to try something new. I am going to try canning my own vegetables. I found this great link here. If you have any good recipes or suggestions, I would love to hear them.
